A training seminar reveals what are the innovations in human resource management
On 04/09/2024, Innobridge Business Innovation Center organized a training seminar on "Innovation and Digital Trends in Human Resources", which successfully addressed the latest trends in digital technologies in Human Resources.
Rosislava Borisova, manager of TrainSoft Vocational Training Center with more than 20 years of experience in the field, shared innovative approaches in human resource management and revealed how innovations in personnel selection can help to effectively retain and develop employees.
Anita Toteva from Konica Minolta Bulgaria focuses on digital approaches in human resources. With over 10 years of experience in the IT field, Anita presented how modern technologies can transform human resource management, from electronic employment records to automated business processes.
The event ended with the presentation of Iri Memishev from the Innobridge Business Innovation Center, who presented the international project i-Coach: An innovative tool for implementing internship programs. The resources developed by the project provide the necessary knowledge to create and manage internship programs, helping businesses to build and maintain their talent.
After valuable knowledge and experience were shared, the workshop ended with a networking cocktail, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas and get to know colleagues from the field of human resource management.
