Focus Eco Center is an environmental non-governmental organization promoting sustainable development. The organization is founded in 1994 by an enthusiastic group (consisting of teachers, engineers, and lawyers) interested in the questions of environmental protection in Tg. Mures. The organization has gained professional recognition over the years, becoming a member of international networks such as the European Eco-Counselors Association, the European Environmental Bureau (EEB), and the European Centre for Agrotourism (ECEAT).
