Let's talk about stress: Listen to the new StressOut podcast
In a fast-paced, always-busy world, workplace stress can feel like a constant companion. We know because we've experienced it ourselves, and you probably have too. That's why in 2022 we launched a project StressOut with the desire to create accessible training to help employees and employers learn what stress and burnout are and how to manage them.
In this regard, we are pleased to share with you our new podcast series. "StressOut: Let's talk about stress", where we meet you with experts from various fields both from Bulgaria and abroad, and they in turn share invaluable advice, knowledge and experience in various aspects of stress management on a personal and professional level.
Developed as part of our global StressOut initiative, this series of 11 podcasts explores the science, psychology and practical realities of workplace stress. Whether you’re a manager, employee, HR professional or just someone who wants to feel better at work (and beyond), these episodes offer accessible insights, expert interviews and real-life stories to help you understand stress and take action.
Each episode dives into a different topic – from understanding the basics of stress and what it does to your brain, to identifying stressors in the workplace, building emotional intelligence, improving communication, and learning relaxation techniques. You’ll hear effective advice from psychologists, workplace wellness experts with decades of professional experience. Here are the episode topics:

In the first episode of this series (available in Bulgarian), we invited Dr. Krasimir Markov – engineer and lecturer at the University of Ruse “Angel Kanchev” with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, and an expert in key topics for successful stress management in the workplace such as risk management, time management and team management. He also shared 10 ways in which we can learn to manage stress both on a personal level as employees and on a leadership level as managers. You will learn what they are in Episode №1 of the series in the video below.

Expect the StressOut mobile app coming soon, which will give you access to over 25 specific training topics that you can use to improve your stress management skills and improve your mental health. Here's what else you can expect from the project:
