UNAVE – Association for Professional Training and Research of the University of Aveiro

UNAVE is the association for professional training and research of the University of Aveiro, established in 1986. It functions as an interface structure between the university and society, focused on lifelong learning and the improvement of the qualifications of professionals from different sectors. By its status, UNAVE is a private non-governmental, non-profit organization, in which the University of Aveiro is the leading member, and acts as a bridge between academic knowledge and the practical needs of the labor market.

For more than three decades, UNAVE has been developing and implementing university-level training courses aimed at professional development and retraining. Its programs are flexible and adapt to the needs of professionals and organizations, based on a constant dialogue with companies, industry structures and civil society organizations in Portugal and abroad. The training courses are offered in a face-to-face, online (live), blended and fully electronic format, drawing on the high academic and scientific level of the University of Aveiro and covering a wide range of areas - from management and law to technical, statistical and behavioral disciplines.
