EDUFEM Association

Associació EDUFEM is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Reus, Catalonia, Spain. It offers a wide range of non-formal and formal educational activities and programs to the local community, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups – mainly women and migrants. The organization works in areas such as social inclusion, development of key skills, promotion of civic participation and improving access to education and employment.

EDUFEM develops services and initiatives in areas such as job integration, support for minority groups, Catalan and Spanish courses for foreigners, activities in school settings, translation and interpreting, and the promotion of gender equality. Through partnerships with schools, migrant associations, women's organizations, public institutions and other local and international structures, the organization contributes to more inclusive communities and to increasing the social and professional activity of disadvantaged people.
