Ginka Hristova graduated cum laude from University of National and World Economy, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2007) and specialized European Law in University of Nice II, France and after Intellectual property & E-commerce in WIPO Academy as well as “Internet and Society: Technologies and Politics of Control” course at Berkman Center for Internet and Society, Harvard University. At present PhD candidate with the University of Library Studies and Information technologies, Thesis: “The application of Artificial Intelligence in personal data processing management. Benefits and Risks of Artificial Intelligence for Data Security”.

Holder of the prestigious “Young lawyer of the Year” for 2014 award, Mrs. Hristova is also a well known speaker invited at numerous international events like TECHSAUS Global Summit 2022 at Bangkok, Thailand and Cyberpolices Summit. She is also a published author of “Le phénomène “cybercriminalité”: Stratégie pour combattre la cybercriminalité et mesures concrètes (French Edition)”. Currently she is an affiliate teacher at Harvard university for the course CopyrightX for Bulgaria as well as compliance expert in the field of data privacy, DeFi, AML/KYC.

Slavi Tankein - with a double competence originating from a Master of Law and a Master of Science in Information Security from the Bulgarian National Military Academy, Slavi Tankein, after a legal career at prestigious law firms and private companies, has pursued ventures at the frontier between Digital Law and Technology, with an expertise on GDPR. He is the data protection officer for numerous government bodies and also public and private companies. He won multiple Awards for excellence and innovation in the digital and law fields.

He is also the CEO of Legalworld.bg, which was the leading Bulgarian legal online media outlet, and a co-founder at ILAC (International Legal Advice Center), a European NGO affiliate of Harvard University specialized in Digital Law applications in the public space. A co-founder of the Data Protection Alliance.
